 Thank you for considering Ready Set Jet Vacations, LLC to assist you in your vacation planning. Vacation planning involves a considerable amount of time. As a travel advisor, I consider your lifestyle, travel goals, travel history and your special requests when developing your itinerary.  I research several hotels, tours and flights to meet your specific needs and desires. I use my contacts with trusted suppliers to offer you the best value for your hard-earned dollars and create a detailed final itinerary to ensure you a memorable and smooth vacation.

 Services:

 • Meet (in person or over the phone) to determine budget, dates, location and additional details 

• Research and put together flights, lodging, transportation at destination (car rental, transfers and/or public transportation as appropriate) and activities as desired. I will research different methods to help determine the best options for your situation and budget.

 • Provide proposal and quote

 • Book agreed upon itinerary 

• Detailed itinerary planning 

• Manage all travel details such as payments, room allocation etc., as appropriate. 

• Provide consultation to the client and their fellow travelers during the planning stage and respond to all queries in a timely manner. 

• Provide support in case of any issues that may occur before, during and/or after travel

 • Provide packet with all necessary travel documents, vouchers (if needed) and destination information, as appropriate, prior to travel date.

 Client agrees to:

 • Take responsibility for completing travel specific duties

 • Make sure to have current passport with at least 6 months validity past return date 

• Give due diligence to relevant travel warnings 

• To inspect all documents and information provided by Ready Set Jet Vacations for accuracy and errors. Once that payment is made, it is often costly to make changes.
